ternyata kurma bermanfaat sekali loh

sekarang aku bakal memberi tahu tentang salah sepuluh dari manfaat kurma .. kurma itu punya banyaaaaak sekali manfaat nya, sblum itu aku akan ngasih sdikit info dlu deh tntang kurma, tau kan kurma yang kaya gimana ? pasti tau dong, ini deh dikasih tau gambarnya:) oh iya kurma itu nggak cuma satu jenis, tapi banyak BGT ...

kurma dalam bahasa arab disebut tamar, yang disunahkan memakannya pada bulan Romadhon oleh Rasulullah, *nah kalo aku sih biasanya makan kurmanya gini nih, kurma nya dibelah trus dimasukin keju padat dibuat bentuk kaya dadu, trus tutup lagi deh, enaaaaaaak sekali:) (brangkali ada yang suka kalau diisi keju, hehe) o iya kurma juga bisa dalam bentuk madu, atau di jus, dan masih banyak lagi ... oke langsung saja , smoga banyak yang tambah suka sama kurma stelah liat manfaat nya , oke langsung saja

10 Manfaat Cokelat Bagi Kesehatan

COKLAT... pasti kalian suka coklat kan ? iyalah , kan coklat enak banget ... apalagi kalau ngeliat foto coklat di samping ini .. pasti kalian langsung mau kan ? hehe .. 
Nih, gue bakal ngasih tau 10 manfaat coklat buat kesehatan, pasti kalian langsung pada suka deh ... heheh 

1. Membuat Kita Merasa Tenang Dan Santai.
   Karbohidrat yang dibentuk oleh senyawa kimia dalam cokelat menghasilkan serotonin yang membantu stimulasi otak sehingga kita merasa santai dan tenang.

2. Mendukung Kesehatan Tulang.
   Sebatang cokelat akan memenuhi 15 persen kalsium dan magnesium yang dibutuhkan oleh tubuh. Meskipun terkadang cokelat kurang bagus untuk gigi, cokelat baik untuk dikonsumsi dalam jumlah kecil dan secara teratur.
   Sebuah studi menunjukkan bahwa cokelat baik juga untuk mendukung pertumbuhan tulang dan proses penyembuhan.

3. Kaya Antioksidan.
   Dengan mengkonsumsi cokelat, tubuh kita akan mampu menghasilkan antioksidan yang dapat membantu mencegah serangan jantung dan meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh.
   Cokelat dikenal kaya katekin. Salah satu fungsi antioksidan adalah mencegah penuaan dini yang bisa terjadi karena polusi atau radiasi.
   Katekin juga dijumpai pada teh meski jumlahnya tidak sebanyak pada cokelat.
   Orang tua pada zaman dahulu sering mempraktekkan cuci muka dengan air teh karena dapat membuat kulit muka bercahaya dan awet muda. Seandainya mereka tahu bahwa cokelat mengandung katekin lebih tinggi daripada teh, mungkin mereka akan menganjurkan mandi lulur dengan cokelat.
   Cokelat juga mengandung tingkat polyphenols yang tinggi, senyawa yang ditemukan dalam makanan yang berasal dari tumbuhan yang bertindak sebagai antioksidan yang dapat membantu melindungi dari penyakit serius seperti kanker.

4. Belum Terbukti Bikin Gemuk.
   Faktanya, tidak ada satu pun makanan yang dapat menyebabkan kegemukan. Tetapi seberapa banyak jumlah yang dikonsumsi, itulah yang memberikan kontribusi terhadap kegemukan.
   Sering timbul pertanyaan seberapa banyak kita boleh mengkonsumsi cokelat? Tidak ada anjuran gizi yang pasti untuk ini, namun makan cokelat 2-3 kali seminggu atau minum susu cokelat tiap hari masih dapat diterima.
   Prinsip gizi sebenarnya mudah saja, yakni makanlah segala jenis makanan secukupnya. Masalah gizi umumnya timbul bila kita makan terlalu banyak atau terlalu sedikit.
   Makan cokelat tidak akan menimbulkan kecanduan, tetapi bagi sebagian orang rasa cokelat yang enak mungkin menyebabkan kerinduan untuk mengkonsumsinya kembali (chocolate craving).
   Hal ini sering dikaitkan dengan kandungan phenylethylamine pada cokelat yang dapat menghasilkan dopamine, yang dapat memunculkan perasaan senang.
   Phenylethylamine juga bersifat aphrodisiac, yakni memunculkan rasa seperti orang yang sedang jatuh cinta. Jadi, tidak salah jika cokelat jadi salah satu bahan makanan yang paling digemari di dunia.

5. Mengobati Batuk.
   Uniknya, cokelat dapat mengobati batuk. Menurut para ahli, zat kimia yang ditemukan dalam cokelat lebih baik dalam menyembuhkan batuk dibanding obat batuk. Hal ini di dasari pada sebuah senyawa yang disebuttheobromine yang dapat mencegah batuk.

6. Sumber Energi.
   Selain itu cokelat juga mengandungtheobromine dan caffein yang memberikan energi bagi tubuh. Kedua substansi ini telah dikenal memberikan efek terjaga bagi yang mengkonsumsinya.
   Oleh karena itu, ketika kita terkantuk-kantuk di bandara atau menunggu antrian yang panjang, makan cokelat cukup manjur untuk membuat kita bergairah kembali.

7. Meningkatkan Kekebalan Tubuh
   Cokelat ternyata juga berkhasiat membuat umur seseorang menjadi lebih panjang. Suatu studi epidemiologis telah dilakukan pada mahasiswa Universitas Harvard yang terdaftar antara tahun 1916-1950. Dengan menggunakan food frequency questionnaire tentang kebiasaan makan permen atau cokelat pada mahasiswa Universitas Harvard.

Dengan mengontrol aktivitas fisik yang dilakukan, kebiasaan merokok dan kebiasaan makan, ditemukan bahwa mereka yang suka makan permen/cokelat umurnya lebih lama 1 tahun dibandingkan bukan pemakan.

Diduga, antioksidan fenol yang terkandung dalam cokelat adalah penyebab mengapa mereka bisa berusia lebih panjang. Fenol ini juga banyak ditemukan pada anggur merah yang sudah sangat dikenal sebagai minuman yang baik untuk kesehatan jantung.

Cokelat mempunyai kemampuan untuk menghambat oksidasi kolesterol LDL (kolesterol jahat) dan meningkatkan fungsi kekebalan tubuh, sehingga dapat mencegah resiko penyakit jantung koroner dan kanker.

8. Cokelat Melindungi Dari Stroke.
   Sebuah penelitian dari Universitas California mengungkapkan, bahwa cokelat dapat membantu mencegah pembekuan darah, sesuatu yang dapat membantu pasien terkena stroke. Para peneliti mengatakan cokelat memiliki pengaruh yang sama dengan aspirin yang dikenal sebagai anti pembekuan darah.

9. Mencegah Tekanan Darah Tinggi.
   Penelitian baru-baru ini menemukan senyawa yang terdapat dalam cokelat dapat membantu mencegah tekanan darah tinggi, karena cokelat kayaflavanol, sejenis antioksidan yang dapat melacak dan menghancurkan kimia berbahaya dalam tubuh yang menyebabkan penuaan dan berpotensi pada penyakit serius.

10. Timbulkan Jerawat Dan Plaque?
    Cokelat tidak bisa dikatakan sebagai penyebab jerawat. Cokelat juga tidak bisa dikatakan sebagai penyebab utama munculnya plaque gigi, karena plaque gigi juga bisa timbul pada orang yang mengkonsumsi makanan biasa sehari-hari.

Hanya saja, cokelat perlu diwaspadai, khususnya bagi orang-orang yang rentan menderita batu ginjal. Oleh karena itu, kiat sehat yang bisa dianjurkan adalah minumlah banyak air putih sehabis makan cokelat.
